Sony Are Giving Away 40 PS3 Consoles on the Streets Of Ireland For Christmas

PlayStation is set to do its bit to spread festive cheer by offering Irish gaming fans the chance to win PlayStation games and goodies in towns and cities across the country in the run up to Christmas.  Up to 40 PS3 consoles, a Sony 3D TV and a host of other PlayStation prizes will be up for grabs all over Ireland from this weekenduntil the week before Christmas. All you need to have a chance of winning is to be game enough to Play Everywhere – on streets, on college campuses and in shopping centres across Ireland. 

Following September’s Podium Chase around Dublin City Centre, PlayStation’s Play Everywhere Challenge kicks off from 4.30 – 8.30pm today Friday 18th November in Dublin’s Heuston Station where those who fancy their chances will have the opportunity to play PlayStation’s giant Steady Hand challenge and win 1 of 3 PS3 consoles. All those who complete the challenge less than 3 minutes will get a Play Everywhere t-shirt, while the first 3 of those who complete the challenge in under 2 minutes will win a PS3 console and some great PS3 games. Be warned though, that a 10 second penalty will apply to all those who hit the circuit. It’s not called the Steady Hand Challenge for nothing!

The Steady Hand Challenge will be replicated in Dublin’s Connolly Station tomorrow, Saturday 19th November from 11.00am – 4.00pm and will then move to other locations in the coming weeks.

The fun doesn’t stop there as a variety of different Play Everywhere challenges will be popping up across the country throughout the build up to the festive season giving gaming fans ample opportunity to win a host of PS3 consoles, games and t-shirts.  A Sony 3D TV will also be offered as a prize at a Play Everywhere Challenge in Dublin City Centre on Saturday 26th November.

So, keep your eyes peeled and your reflexes sharp over the coming weeks for your chance to Play Everywhere and enjoy an early Christmas thanks to PlayStation. The festive season starts here!
