Probably the first thing you will think is its just like the Wii controller it even has a nun chuck or Sub controller as its called (although a normal PS3 controler can be used in its place). A few immediate differences are its totally wireless it has rechargeable batteries just like your six axis controller and it has a big colourful ball on top of it.

It will work with 2 items. The playstation eye camera that will pick up 3D dept and controller location. With an internal gyroscope that will determine tilt and movement.

A number of titles have been shown all seem to be party games that may come bundled on one disk.

·        Brunswick pro bowling

·        Motion Fighter

·        Move Party

·        Sports Champions

·        TV Superstar

·        The Shoot.

Sony announced support for the “Move” from lots of major developers like Activision, Sega, THQ, Ubisoft, EA, Capcom and Konami.


But most excitingly of all they showed off SOCOM 4 which can be played all the way through using the Move and that it was quite simple to integrate. Finally Full HD use for a motion controller on a good game.

The more I see the more I like but of course we just wont know what its like until we get our hands on it. But seeing SOCOM being played seated was a major plus as im too old for the jumping around the living room games!  

Set for release in the Autumn of 2010 and with the price yet to be confirmed.
