A sci-fi mech/FPS Hybrid Sandbox with RPG elements and PVE/PVP gameplay, PANTROPY is scheduled for Steam Early Access in the second half of 2018, post Kickstarter.
The game transports players into an alien rich planet where they’ll experience exciting FPS gameplay allowing them to compete with each other or band together in factions to endure the difficult challenges that may unfold. As well as that, Pantropy has no micro-transactions or pay-to-win purchases – the game returns to the roots of online gaming where players earn rewards through hard graft and skill.
“We added this faction system to reduce frustration and to increase the cooperative gameplay experience for our players, we strongly felt a clear 2-Faction system was not present enough in other games out there on the marketplace today,” says Sebastian Kaulitzki, Executive Producer at Brainstone Games GmbH.
The game takes place on a hostile alien world approx. 2100 AD. Cooperative gameplay allows for players to explore, gather materials/resources, develop new tech, with an in-depth crafting system, research new equipment, and build massive mechs that can be constructed individually or with others simultaneously.
Key Features of the game include:
- PVE and PVP
- Farming Automation
- Complex Base Building
- Modular Mechs
- Multi-Crew Vehilces
- Global Events
- An exotic alien world
- FPS and Survival gameplay
- In-Depth Crafting
- Factions that reward teamwork
- No Micro-transactions
And much more.
