Google is giving away two months of Stadio Pro for Free!
Outlined in their blog post here Google has announced that start today any new users signing up to Google Stadia Pro, will get the next two months for free. Any existing subscribers will also not be charged for the next two months. This is rolling out over the next 48 hours in 14 countries so if it is not immediately ready, check back a little later on.
While we have our reservations around the value proposition of the current business model of subscribing and buying the games, there is no harm in giving this free trial a go. The Pro subscription comes with nine free games, including Destiny 2, Grid, Thumper, and Steamworld Quest.
You will get charged at the end of the two month period, so remember to cancel that. Any games you decide to purchase will remain yours and you can play them using the free Stadia offering, but you lose access to the free Pro games.

- Go to Stadia.com to sign up
- Download the Stadia app on Android or iOS
- Play on your laptop, desktop or Chrome OS tablet with your favorite (HID compliant) USB supported controller or mouse and keyboard
- Play over Wi-Fi on Pixel or many supported Android phones
